Return And Refund Policy
We want customers to understand return and refund conditions before ordering. If you have questions about a product, contact us before purchase.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery unless the product page states that an item is final sale or otherwise non-returnable.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and with original packaging and accessories when applicable. We may decline a return if the item is used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned without approval.
Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@bargaingogo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and a short description of the issue.
How To Start A Return
Email support@bargaingogo.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without receiving return instructions first.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a wrong item, or a confirmed defect. Shipping charges paid at checkout may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
